Growing up in Asia and Europe, Weye is an open-minded person that greatly appreciates the diversity of different cultures. She majored in international business and has a Master’s degree in Finance & Investments from the RSM business school in The Netherlands. Due to a lack of fashion and art-related student associations at her college, Weye co-founded The New Fashion Society which aims to bring fashion and business students together.

After graduation, her passion for sustainability and creativity eventually led her to MINIWIZ. In her role as Project Manager, she works closely with the R&D team on material innovations and provides clients with turnkey waste solutions anywhere in the world.
