Dean heads the Mobility business at SP Group (SP), which is focused on developing a nationwide electric vehicle charging network across Singapore. SP aims to catalyse the growth and adoption of sustainable transportation in the country, and currently operates an extensive and reliable public charging network in Singapore, including Singapore’s largest fast charging network.

Dean’s predominant experience has been in the Commodities sector where he has had over a decade of experience working with all types of companies in the commodities value chain, ranging from oil majors, banks and producers. Prior to joining SP, his last 2 designations were as Chief Operating Officer at both a commodities trading company and with a US investment bank.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors in the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2006.
